A recent study presented in the journal Kidney and Blood Pressure Research, showed that poor physical performance in one main component of the Renal RehabTM test, predicted a high risk of mortality, cardiovascular events, and hospitalizations in dialysis patients.

This study showed a statistically significant reduction in mortality and hospitalizations of a group of dialysis patients with they increase their physical capacity in merely one component of the Renal RehabTM program.

A similar trend was observed for a reduction in cardiovascular events but this relationship did not quite reach statistical significance.

It should be noted that this study was not specifically testing anything directly with Renal RehabTM, it just happened to use on of the testing componenets of our program.
